He is the co-author of the \n\n\n\nthe internationally acclaimed cookbook *Jerusalem*\, which won the \n\n\n\nIACP Cookbook of the Year award in 2013 and received the James Beard Award for International Cookbook in 2013. He is also the co-author of *Falastin*\, \n\n\n\na celebrated cookbook exploring the richness\, history\, and diversity of Palestinian food \n\n\n\nculture.
