To kick off the event, we are hosting a special Neighbourhood Social, and we would love for you to be there! This will kick off the 4-day SAIL festivities on the square in front of A Beautiful Mess, and you will be one of the very first visitors to get to experience it!

A beautiful sail – the festival – Aug. 20 to 24

You are, of course, welcome for the rest of the days as well, as during SAIL Amsterdam 2025 the Oosterdok transforms into a vibrant festival venue. In front of A Beautiful Mess you will enjoy live music, DJs, delicious food from Middle Eastern and North African cuisine and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Overlooking impressive tall ships, you’ll experience five days of music, food and connection – free and open to all.

SAIL Amsterdam will celebrate its 10th edition and 50th anniversary in 2025. At the same time, it marks the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam. A special nautical spectacle you don’t want to miss!
