Who we are.
We are a social enterprise where people with and without refugee backgrounds work together to prepare and serve delicious dishes.
Our new location on the Oosterdokskade offers breathtaking views of the IJ River and houses a restaurant, a separate kitchen for cooking workshops and an event space.
What will you do?
- Welcoming guests with a smile, you are always ready to make their day.
- Connect and build bridges with guests and team members in a fun, welcoming way.
- General bar and serving duties.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making social impact, and who shares the same values as the mission of A Beautiful Mess. You are adept at handling diversity on our team, and you excel at communicating with both guests and colleagues.
You are known for your punctuality and flexibility. Small heads-up: fluent English or Dutch is a must.
