What will you do?

As Independent Working Chef at A Beautiful Mess, you will be responsible for preparing delicious dishes of Middle Eastern and African cuisine. You work with an enthusiastic team, including trainees who you guide and inspire. Together you create dishes that surprise our guests and have a positive impact.

• Prepare and format dishes according to recipe and own creativity
• Develop new dishes and contribute to our seasonal menus
• Helping and mentoring trainees in the kitchen
• Ensuring an organized, clean and efficient workplace
• Thinking about improvements in processes and presentation
