In Amsterdam for the first time: world-renowned Palestinian chef Fadi Kattan brings his signature culinary experience to the Netherlands for an exclusive dinner, one night only.

Inspired by his award-nominated cookbook Bethlehem: A Celebration of Palestinian Food, this 5-course fine dining menu combines seasonal Dutch ingredients with Palestinian flavors, creating a journey of taste, heritage and stories.

Exclusive PALESTIAN Wines

Each course will be accompanied by exceptional Palestinian wines, specially imported for this evening and not available anywhere else in the Netherlands. The selection includes wines from Ashkar Winery, Taybeh Winery and Jascala Winery, among others.

Christmas Market & Extras

The evening also includes a carefully curated Christmas market featuring crafts, gifts, spices and Palestinian products in partnership with Hummus Academy.

Guests can also purchase signed copies of Fadi’s cookbook and bottles of the exclusive wines to take home.
